Sorry - I see my comment was confusing.
I was trying to say that when cold, and when hot AFTER a restart, it
idles normally. Most vacuum leaks I've encountered before wouldn't
be so selective (to only occur while warming up). I've looked for
vacuum leaks, but will be looking at them again.
I'm wondering if the transition might actually kicked off during the
transition to closed loop - perhaps by of the O2 sensors.
